FEES & REBATES
Rowe & Associates keeps their fees below the recomended rate by the Australian Psychological Society of $241 per session. Sessions are usally 50 minutes and the cost varies depending on the clinician, expertise and experience. Our psychologists hold specific training an expertise in child and family psychology and as such charge between $200 and $220 per session.

Full payment is required at the time of consultation and is accepted by cash, visa, mastercard, or edtpos.
Reports can not be released until full payment is made.

When we book yor appointment we reserve an hour for you with your psychologist. Unfortunately, short notice appointments often means that we can not fill this time or offer it to somebody else. Appointments that are missed or canelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will attract the full fee of the appointment.
Subject to eligibility, rebates for psychological services can be claimed through the following means:
The psychologists at Rowe & Associates are registered with Medicare. Children and/or their parents referred to us under a Mental Health Care Plan (from a GP) or a referral from a paediatrician , may recive up to 10 sessions per calander year subsidised by Medicare.
Please note that some services including assessment, reports and psychometric testing are not eligible for a rebate from Medicare (with the exemption of some Autism assessements with an appropriate referral).
The Medicare rebate per session is approximately $84. Please note that the full consultation fee is payable on the day prior to claiming the rebate through Medicare.

3. Private Health Insurance
Rebates may be available through your private health insurer depending on your level of cover and circumstances- please check with your individual fund.
