POLLY HAVARD

Polly is a registered psychologist with an interest in supporting young people and their family’s towards achieving optimum mental health. Polly is passionate about supporting adolescents and employs evidence-based support in treating a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, and challenges with emotion regulation.
Polly has an interest in Cognitive, Academic, and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder assessments, including working with family’s to best support their young people facing challenges in these areas following assessment.
Polly has a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of New England, Honours obtained through the University of Sydney, and a Master of Professional Psychology obtained at Western Sydney University. Polly has experience in private practice and public service, including juvenile corrections
facilities, and has provided services to a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.
