In the last few years the delivery of health care has changed significantly with the introduction of Telehealth. Technology now allows sessions to be conducted from the comfort of your home, or wherever you are!

There is strong evidence for the efficacy of online sessions, but they may not be appropriate for all cases - particularly when working with young children. Please contact our friendly admin staff who will be able to help you decide if this is the right option for you.

How do sessions work? 

Appointments run just like regular sessions. Prior to your appointment time you will be sent an email with a link to join the online session. No special equipment is required other than a computer or mobile device with a camera and internet access. ​
